IMHO I believe you should invest in what you know and have experience/knowledge in.I don't believe there is just one way to invest or just a "one size fits all" strategy.

This was not spamming, this was trying to introduce myself with the same goals to three different people and using similar phrasing.

The goal is to get to a point where your investments pay you enough to live comfortably.

The agent portion would simply be a means to aid me in my overall goals.

Or with a duplex driveway, one could try a snowblower or one of the body sled type shovels (depends on your amount of snowfall and personal fitness/interest).

I didn't just see a year form now I'm thinking what I can do in five years, I didn't want to have nice things at the time because I know it will slow down to my goal which is become financial free. 3 years since I bought my first house I was able to save all the money that I made from the duplex and the house appreciated, so i was able to ask for an equity loan, and into my second home I put 20% down payment because that's the requirement for an investment property.
