The "it depends" is the only correct answer, so you're 100% correct, but the problem is that I have to place an option bid and the price I'm willing to offer stands or falls based in very gross estimates on how much the work is going to cost me.The thing is this: I might get it at 350 USD/sqft and these apartments sell for an easy 650 USD/sqft.

Another con of an LLC is that you can not represent the LLC in court even for something as simple as an eviction.After reading on these a lot I am still not convinced a lawyer can not simply "pierce the veil" and sue the "member" directly in something like a negligent slip and fall etc.

If, on the other hand, you've scraped together every last personal penny you have, and are just falling shy of the amount needed, so are using your IRA funds to bridge that gap, then it would be considered enabling.If enabling is a non-issue, there are a couple of other things to keep in mind:  First, expenses generated by the property must be paid proportional to ownership.

Some areas damaged meters fall on whom ever the bill is in and they have to pay for damaged meter and if it happens again they also raise the deposit way up if I think awhile I could recall several other ideas I used the cigarettes and several bottles of booze method to get someone to convince a few to leave for greener pastures.
