I've also had business failures that I'm grateful for, despite their difficulty. 

Failure is not an event.

It would have to be a NON "deal" in a horrible market, mismanaged to significant degree, just a series of dumb failure after failure after failure, and that's just to MATCH the S&P. 

It then goes on to state that the "Tenant shall be charged for all damage to Premises as a result of failure to report a problem in a timely manner."

But it historically has one of the lowest failure rates of any sector.

Im eager to fail because I know through failure I will no what NOT to do.

I started attending a REIA back in RI where I lived and I knew I wanted to leave corporate America (been working at a mutual fund company for 12 years now) but I always had sub-conscious fears of the unknown,failure, etc.

So the first effort a finding a deal was an epic failure.

I only read an article on CNN, so I might not be properly informed but this is what the article said: "1-- Create a new state misdemeanor crime of willful failure to complete or carry an alien registration document. 2-- Allow officers to arrest immigrants unable to show documents proving they're legally in the country. 3-- Ban so-called soft immigration policies at local police agencies and allow people to sue if they feel a government agency has adopted a policy that hinders the enforcement of illegal immigration laws. 4-- Prohibit people from blocking traffic when they seek or offer day-labor services on street corners."
