From what I can see, you've got to manually monitor legal notices in the Times/Post/County Papers to compile auction notices, then track the sale status (date, cancellation, postponements,etc) on the default attorney/trustee website.  

As far as finding a deal networking around the facebook and meetup groups can help you meet people that will find you deals to save you tens of thousands of dollarsGood luck in your real estate journey!

Instagram for real estate is a great local brand builder and connection mechanism with other agents, but the traction to get results is much longer in time than targeted Facebook ads from your Facebook business page.
