Hey Michael, there is actually a category on the MLS called "DOM" (Days on Market).

Seed doesn't actually finance the deal, they just open up credit cards for you.

those are fabulous terms if you can actually get it done... lenders are very very particular on these loans and most folks get pretty frustrated with them.. its not like conventional were If you qualify they do the deal...

Would you have any audio books or actual hard copy books to suggest? 

While the title search should uncover any liens associated with the property, you also want the protection that the actual title insurance policy gives you in case something is missed.

I haven't bought at foreclosure auctions in a LONG time so I don't know the actual time frame.

Or does this seem to be a way to build wealth as long as you actually can construct a list of cash buyers to be partners with who know the Market and everyone walks away from the deal happy.
