Anybody meet people on here that look like they want to network and help out, but after hours spent emailing information or meeting with them to discuss their project you don’t even get a response to your email, call or text.

They won't even answer emails leave alone phone calls.

I would imagine if you needed to use the home during the time opposite when northerners come to visit, it would be easy to find one of them to rent the home for a few Winter months at a premium, but there'd likely be some time gap and only one tenant per season.

(There are some state laws about requiring a realtor license to manage properties unless you’re the owner, but I’d imagine that even though your wife isn’t on the deee, she shouldn’t be legally considered an owner.
