Hi Aaron,You look like a strong guy.Maybe buy a lot that's wooded over and log it out with a chainsaw and a log splitter and sell the firewood to grocery stores, 7-11's, wood stove dealers, etc..When your done have the stumps ground down and you have a cleared lot.If you have the customers lined up, it could be (might be) good cash flow and good outdoor exercise and at the end of the business, the real kicker a cleared lot.
