The drive stinks sometimes..

But having dome HELOCs with different banks, I can say some will do a full appraisal with interior, some will do a drive-by, and some will do a desktop automated valuation.

., are used to simplify the equation and are not dissimilar to anyone analyzing stocks who uses a price to growth ratio rule of thumb (PEG ratio) or price to earnings ratio (P/E) rule of thumb.

Some tools that I find useful with regards to file management are google drive, Microsoft skydrive and dropbox.

My problem is that the town I'm in is primarily low income, totals about 12,000 residents, and is the largest town for more than an hour's drive in any direction, so the numbers I've given are unfortunately about as good as I've seen around here.

The more I drive through all these areas, the more I realize maybe I already bought enough...unless it an exceptionally good deal!
