Thanks guys, I should just clarify I have been on BiggerPockets for a year or two now, reading every blog post and also reading through the forums.

I have a blog article on what determines a mortgage rate  - "Whats Needed to Determine your Mortgage Rate."

I started listening to the podcast a couple months ago, think I was intrigued by the purple house blog, especially as I've focused on multi-families so far.

Here's one I found with a quick search : http://www.nerdwallet.com/blog/credit-score/building-credit/ This doesn't mention the share secured loan, but they do talk about secured credit cards, which is basically the same idea, only with a card account- you pay the money to the credit card company BEFORE you spend it.

Make sure to listen to all the BP podcasts, read the articles on the main blog and be active in these forums to learn a ton very quickly about any topic in real estate you want to know more about.
