I've considered direct mailings to certain areas of the town (it's a small town of ~130,000 people total) and have even considered renting a billboard to post the website around town where others could read the story.

I would recommend you check them out and maybe some of the REIAS also. feel free to reach out to me and maybe we can get you pointed in the right direction for what you are trying to accomplish

If its going in a million different directions you are bound to be inefficient, and make mistakes.I have a tendency to do the same.

@Theresa P.I use smartmove as well, but I use them direct.  

Also, the month of missed rent (vacancy) skews the percentage as I don't account for vacancy directly in my bookkeeping.  

I was wondering if there was anyone in the central Florida area that I can learn directly and hands on from, so I can begin wholesaling myself when I turn 18 (on 11/01), I would appreciate any help I could get!
