If you sell the house and tenant keep paying the lot rent but stop paying the trailer note, what is the solution?

Perhaps higher-paid employees would like to buy rentals and rent primarily to other families in their company.I have a staff list with many work phone numbers and work e-mails for both companies, so I can cold call and e-mail individuals directly.

If you sometimes pay the bill directly by entity and sometimes pay the bill with parent entity and reimburse - it gets messy.

I'm not currently interested in making any direct income as of yet and any profits would be saved for future real estate endeavors and cushion for repairs/maintenance.

The other solution is to pay the plumber to remove and replace the entire line.
