Unfortunately for new dudes like us, we can be as smart as we want, but it's our time in business that may be slowing down (which you can't control... you can control your level of intelligence though).Hopefully all this makes sense and I'm excited you asked this question because it shows you care about those you serve!

Also sometimes markets get slow and we can’t lease out our property fast enough and end up “bleeding financially” as many other posters on BP have said lately with their BRRR’s and flips.The ability to execute a bridge or refinance prior to completion is something I help all our investors plan out because its much nicer to sleep at night with plan A, B, C, D available just in case. 

I've spent some time also deep diving the str industry, like property management for the owners of those properties.

It was also before he went off the deep end of crypto/gold/etc and was still a RE Educator.  

Im not crazy about the live in part, it can slow down the rehab process and only benefits you if you sell. 

I used to frustrate myself for slow progress at the beginning because I wanted to have the feeling of making progress. 

Airbnbs have been slowing down some what, but we are still buying personally.

We are opening our lead gen as the market is slowing down. 

Or is this just a slow time of year?
