Hello I consider my self as a new investor and i am looking for some guidance i have started in February of this year i have done 194 direct mailing and i have only gotten to leads, my mailing consist of pre-foreclosures distressed properties Home expired on MLS, From all my mailings I've only received two phone calls back one was from an expired MLS the seller wants an way over over the price for the house Hence why she became expired The second lead was an individual that we could not agree on a price He only wanted a market value for the property, what can i do to generate more leads. my goal is to buy properties at a deep discount like many of you. thank you all for taking time to read this post-Giuseppe
