New guy here looking to expand on my current real estate portfolio. I currently am looking at leveraging my next deal. I have completed my first deal, and have a completely paid off rental property valued around 80k. The cash on cash return is around 65%. I have been watching the podcast for a while and have decided to take the next step. Thanks, Jesse
