I know of several STR operators in Cleveland, but I have a feeling with the number of properties they run, the cleaners are pretty well tied up.

So far im just picking random tri and four plexes from zillow and running the numbers on them to see if they cash flow but i feel like this isnt effective.

I suspect if they are going to go wonky and feel a claim is coming their way from this company First-thing they do is close the account and open a new one at different bank.

I feel I have enough baseline knowledge to do this but I have been having a hard time pulling the trigger.any advice?
