I can bring solid experience on the buy end, CMA, sell end, but the construction and rehab part is where my weakness is.  

A deck properly constructed is tied into the house, needs a permit, and  should be according to code.

The construction here has been nonstop for a year or so now, and I'm not sure how much longer prices will keep going up at the rate they are now.
