I'm sure there are locations that work as John Fedro described with additional money due over the rental comparison, but I try to stay about $50-$100 less than a comparable rental for my prices to make it a no brainer decision for a buyer to want to own their own place.

I think it was worth all of 5900.00 in comparison to others so I put an offer in on it at $4500 and they accepted. 

With that number you now have your comparison point for shopping QI's for cost and structure of a reverse exchange.  

we are going to house hack. we are nervous about the move and how it will be a bit cramped in comparison to my 2000 square foot home. has anyone house hacked with Kids?

Not a fair comparison of course but I would go for it and see what happens.

Eventually they were absorbed but is the last 15 years very few single wides have been manufactured in comparison.

Is it only in comparison to other turnkey properties that the provide as flipped?  

If you go to this station today, that station in 3 days, another gas station next week....well, gas prices in general might have gone up or down and you may not be getting a fair comparison.  

You would have to wait both of them out plus the rate comparison.
