Why would the bank sell for even less than 10-15% under comparable properties sold?

Julie, I agree with Russ that the Bozeman market is very hot right now compared to some other cities that I have looked at in Montana.

I compare it to being like Loopnet...if its on the exchange its usually not a deal.
