I had a great conversation with an experienced borrower from the UK yesterday, a very colorful character from London.

These are especially handy when checking for moisture leaks under sinks and behind toilets, because when the blue shop towel picks up water it changes the color of the paper and can readily be seen.

It could be a layout or color or something silly.

I passed the school and all the pre-requisites with flying colors.

I came across something worth sharing - using a Johnson Box to get your quick message across to the recipients of your direct mail campaign (letters, postcads...etc)A Johnson Box is a box usually at top that contains the key message you're getting across - it could be a "We buy houses, Call us" or "Call me to get added to our buyers list"...etcThe key concept is that messages stick out and grab the readers' attention when placed in a box, a bigger font, a different color.

Pressure washers are ok if the person knows how to use them.Then some colored bark/mulch around the garden type area by the entry (between the walk and building) and maybe a load of crushed rock/gravel spread in the drive would give you some cosmetic pop for very little money. 

I remember looking over paint color sample cards around the campfire with my husband one evening!

The tenants have made the wall dirty and painted the walls weird colors like purple, pink, etc.

I may have to steal some of your color themes!

(Make them memorable......by choosing a good, but short, simple message........bold yellow color- at least on one side........great "feel" choice; then, send some to local probate attorneys....... reo, foreclosure, and/or distressed asset management officer of local banks.......pre-foreclosure homeowners (which your county may have a publication of, if not call throughout local courthouse until you find the right office for a list of them-a subscription may be available for a couple hundred dollars/year).
