One more thing is, I would not rather to live in C class neighbors, or any neighbors with high crime.

I buy and hold, BRRRR.I typically like to focus on C class neighborhoods, up and coming. 

Finding the right property is probably the toughest part of this business for a newbie, especially in this environment.
