The home sits on a double lot with a massive yard in a very desirable A school district ( people literally buy homes in this area just to send their children to this particular school).  2 of the 3 siblings have agreed to a purchase price of $60,000 and I cover all closing costs and do diligence money ( survey, title search/ insurance, real estate attorney, etc...).

We also need to watch out for zealots of any extreme who are just wanting to get attention or who are wanting to watch the world burn.There is a commercial on the television, I won't mention the company, but it states, "No matter the condition of the economy, people are still getting married, families are still having children, and people are still creating community."

A gentleman I knows gives his tenants that have children a giftcard to either Walmart, Target, Toys R Us for $300.00 during the holidays and for single or older persons with either grown or no children he writes them a check for the $300.00.
