Hey Chase, congrats on paying off those three properties!

You will never get a penny from them you only frustrate yourself and chase your tail in the end .

A person's first success story proves that what they're chasing after isn't an illusion, it legitimizes the whole thing.

If you don't chase your dream you will never catch it. 

This isn't a pitch, it's a demonstration of the fact that TK companies that do things well and focus on quality instead of cutting costs to chase a sale can genuinely produce the numbers you referenced, but they can't just be pulled out of thin air and they almost never can be achieved in lower-tier areas.

If you need to the cash flow I would chase that.

I "started out" 5 years ago when I read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad," and dove in.  24 year old me had stars in his eyes, chasing after this thing I just learned about called "Financial Freedom" without knowing what the heck I'd do with it when/if I ever got it. 

In the long run its not worth chasing them off for a few extra bucks.
