From my experience each turnover required more work, they didn't care much about their deposit because it likely was paid by another governmental agency, and I would guess every apt had at least one hole in the wall to fix. 

by looking up the lawyer @Craig Curelop recommended I located several real estate attorneys with ratings at avvo ( I don't recall the rules about posting links and such so you will have to use google to get there and select the real estate category)

If you are making all of the payments, that is typically all the bank cares about. 

no matter how well you screen or what price point you are in they will not care for your home the way you did.

Management can run about +/-20% for short term rentals in the area, but they will take care of everything for you, so it may be worth it as opposed to trying to manage it from afar.I currently have a unit on the market that is in the Miramar Beach area.

I don’t regret anything I post and I already did my research as I’ve seen several threads on the forum where you just reply constantly to yourself because no one cares to join any conversation with you.

It's crazy how this forum really cares and don't mind informing without putting $$$ behind the knowledge.  

I forwarded the letter to OP and this time I got an answer that they would take care of it. 

Be careful with condos especially when doing Airbnb.
