In an RE situation I would not want to burn cash but I would be happy with a small cash flow as long as I can see or create appreciation.

They have burned people before and likely to do it again, don't let that person be you. 

A lot of people get burned just throwing money down there, not realizing they are buying 1 block from a ghetto or section 8 housing complex.    

Probably a lot of young couples in East Texas that would love to get some vacant land with owner financing so they can put a mobile home on it..

What do you think of the Greensburg market for mobile home parks?

Would it be better to just not have insurance and be out the money in the minuscule chance that these houses burn down?

I’ve specifically been looking at multi-family, mobile home parks, and self storage.

Anyways, I don’t want to get burned on this, but if so it’s a learning lesson.

I don’t know if it would be a good idea to buy a single a multi family and a mobile home park for your first 3 investments in a short period of time.
