Anyone investing in Greensburg, PA? What do you think of the Greensburg market for mobile home parks? Looks like both the city (Greensburg), and the metro (Pittsburgh) are declining in population. I'm looking at deal there, but the population looks concerning. Any thoughts?

@Charlotte Dunford The declining population in Pittsburgh is because there are so many old people dying off here. If you look at the millennial population it is actually one of the highest millennial population growth cities in the country. Our population was just so high back in the days when the steel mills were running that we are in a transition period of those people getting old and dying off. A lot of the suburbs surrounding the city are seeing some good population growth.
