Personally, I view a divorce as a giant financial storm, and ya know what.. you probably have some late rents coming your way  (or missed payments) if they have to hire lawyers, not to mention whoever controls the $ will be a jerk to the other.

From the seller/client point of view, I'm going to concur with some of the Professional here - against my own position - and agree that for most clients speaking directly with a buyer or buyer's agent could be a bad idea and should probably be avoided.
