I have noticed a lot more adult beverage bottles in the recycling BUT NOT as bad as this one...

I have tested this - the first day I reached out to 21 people - all of them were thrilled to hear from me and every single one brought up real estate without me prompting them.

We found a lot of mostly empty prescription medicine bottles throughout the house in believe she was abusing them while going through some sort of late midlife crisis.

Test it out and try multiple projects is the only advice I'd give.

However I had toyed with the idea, simply to test and see if it would work to bridge the gap between my full-time job shift.

You can use your phone or tablet and use it during down times at work, all the tests are proctored remotely etc.

It sounds like there isn’t any explicit prohibition against asking a mortgage applicant if they have done forbearance so I bet the overlays will account for it.Reminds me of when MLB did the “anonymous” testing on steroids...nothings ever anonymous and I don’t think this will be helpful to folks in the future, probably not a death sentence but....

Might be better to stay focused on the test and get that part done first.  

Right now one of the benefits of having it is that I don't have to worry about buying bottled water at the supermarket or store.

I would look at it as a positive, as it gives you an opportunity to really examine your business model and stress-test your enterprise.
