What you should pragmatically expect instead is that you'll hire a contractor who offers you a so-so price and promises you the earth and sky, shows you beautiful photos of work he's supposedly done in the past, but ends up turning in something that doesn't quite meet your expectations or design vision.

easy. hook up run water hose outside with water base paint or fill 5 gallon bucket water run pump sprayer into garbage bag or back into another bucket. till sprays clean water.

It is our current home that we turned into a beautiful house hacking rental. 

I say 'monthly' because even though 2 x a month is probably better, when we over-set our goals we tend to bag the whole thing.
