I need to automate my application process.

It is a typical RE guru type of program where he pushes information on various RE strategies and steps to follow in automated emails.  

While banks may not extend certain banking instruments to those with poor credit history, they cannot refuse to allow them to open a basic {savings} account.We also use deposit only bank cards for our cash paying tenants.  

I worked in a convalescent hospital when I was in high school, and their policy for patients with this same condition was to use a certain tool or instrument to "section" or cut/slice the bm before flushing. 

You could even automate a friendly reminder when you receive their rent check each month.  

I have a B.S. from Cornell University and currently work in a sales role (for a lab instrumentation company, not real estate).

You might disagree all you like, but you're not an underwriter of debt instruments, obviously. 

However I am thinking of automating the process, as there is too much manual work to input and process the jobs.My objective is to :Allow tenants to send maintenance requests (with pictures!)

I would prefer an online service if there is something that is cost effective and will automate the process and also maybe send out notices for rent and late rent.. if such a thing exists.

Just setup automated google alerts to watch latest news, keep in touch with your local broker/agent, and monitor market cycle reports.
