I think If I was a turn key operator selling rentals I would use these as well.Roofstock has a cool thing on their website that is like an Auto Cad of the interior floor plan of the house I like that..but just think of all the folks who could benefit from a nice drone of the house and the street and area..not only new construction like this..

Non-rent controlled.The rent is automatically paid and we increased her rent on her auto payments and she is now claiming that all the previous payments weren't valid.Isn't the letter in regular mail sufficient?

I do the same when i get a mortgage I set it up auto pay and usually round up to the next thousand and pay at least 500 a month extra.. this saved my bacon in 2010 after being hammered so badly in the GFC..
