The key to whole loan investing is learning and understanding all of the aspects of the asset.

I've been browsing BP for months now and reading up on a lot of aspects of RE investing and I just want to say this website is full of great info and people that really enjoy helping and I thank you for that!

The listing agent isn't the one accepting the offers.That being said, I could see how this would be a problem that HUD would like to avoid.

Actually, probably not, not many attorneys keep up with finance issues and they may want to go to court rather than avoid an issue, so you need to educate them as well, best way to expose them to servicing issues is telling them you want it done.

I may be in the minority but I avoid scratch and dent for a rational or maybe irrational fear. 

Though I am a engineer by day, I have had long nights and weekends educating myself, and seeking those that help me in all aspects of business.I look to start my own real estate investing experience in Seattle/Tacoma area within the latter months of the year.

I'd like to ask you, what you think about these areas, should there be other aspects to look at?
