Funding gets easier when you find great deals.

Your end buyer will luv you for it.. and of course it will be easier to wholesale your contract.

Though, I am only a couple of chapters into it; the written material appears to be a very basic course in commercial RE investing.

This is my source of business (I am an agent) and it is much easier for me to make a marketing plan for an investor than for a family.
