You can continue to FHA with I believe a minimum 1 year gap between moves if 1 deal per year is the pace you can afford to accumulate cash.

As others have already said, get a single family with as many rooms as you can afford and rent out the rooms to friends - if they are big enough rooms you may even be able to get two people per room.2.

You may want to shop the policy both for RC and for ACV and find out if there is a policy with RC that will be affordable. 

Also, in very rural areas you may lack the food, entertainment, infrastructure (reliable high-speed internet and cell service), and lifestyle that you may want.  

The folks around Table Rock Lake seem to have it all with both the nature amenity and entertainment nearby.  

A second thought, I’m young and can afford change.
