What can I say, it's been a whirlwind, gained a lot of real world experience, but we got it done.

Hello BP world,Given that Connecticut is a fairly unique market, I am curious what you're looking to buy? 

not sure what the backstory for failing to publish is but unless the excuse is out of this world I can almost assure you there more to the long delay...I've managed thousands of thousands of notes on a micro level, I mean due diligence of acquisitions to foreclosure, loss mitigation , auction sales and everything in between. 

There are definitely laundromats that net far more than that in my market, but I'm in Los Angeles, which is essentially the laundromat capital of the world haha.

The only difference at all is that if it gets put in the MLS it goes to the world through sites like Zillow and Trulia and every company out there.

Small world! 

Then again...In terms of selection in the condo world, unless your 1BR unit has something special (high floor, unobstructed view of the lake, underground access to the subway, etc.) it's not exactly a desirable unit.

(And the exciting world of real estate agent life!)
