Any suggestions for the contractor who does quality work but is obviously higher than that handyman or redneck due to the effort put into 4 years of college, exams, licensing, continuing education, Insurances, professional uniforms and vehicles, and other overhead?

Hi,Do healthcare workers usually rent a vehicle for traveling purposes?

Is anyone using a Solo 401k or other retirement vehicle to purchase REI?

My accountant suggested keeping a mileage log book in my vehicle for just this purpose.

Home office space, vehicle, seminars pertaining to real estate rental business (so far I have spent $3200 this year), and even business trips. 

Investing in something safer and more liquid may be worth the traded off loss in returns while you invest part of the inheritance in whatever syndicator or investment vehicle you select. 

Unless you have a better property or investment vehicle to put the money into, I wouldn’t sell however as the overall returns are hard to beat.

@Triston Murray as a first investment that's owner occupied, i think the 203K loan is a perfect vehicle to get me started.
