I know I am ready to invest and looking for multiunit apartments but don't know where to start, what regions to get get best deals, etc.

I’m a Realtor who practices in Southern New Hampshire, more specifically the greater Monadnock Region with some investor clients that have brought me East as far as Manchester / Nashua and north as far as Concord.Interested in learning more about RE investing here and beginning to get my hands dirty sooner than later.

I'd call as many local (small/regional) lenders as possible and let them know you'd like a cash out refi.

Now that I am finally introducing myself instead of just lurking the forums, I look forward to getting to know some of you or maybe even getting into business with you.Some pieces of advice that would seriously help me out as a new homebuyer/investor from anyone with experience that would be so kind as to share:- Any advice on the San Diego area such as good neighborhoods or potential teammates (relators, contractors, etc)- Information on investing while serving as an active duty military member and effective utilization of the VA loan- Advice on what to look out for when purchasing a home (deal breaker conditions of the house)- What sort of cash flow should I be looking for in this region?

The Bay State lost residents for the first time in 2019, but the Boston Metro region is still growing. 

Our hope is to buy multiple properties in the same region over the next few years and hold for long term investments, cash flowing in the future.
