I don't know if that's enough to keep a long term campaign going relatively passively without burnout.My affiliate network owner has also set his global redirect as one of my landing pages and we are splitting the money...this is nice because it costs $0 and throws off anywhere from nothing to $3000 per day (I get half).

Sounds like people are possibly after him to me and he is booking out.You can try to say you signed this lease and owe 2 months termination etc. and see how they respond.If they make a big deal you do not want to go around for weeks splitting hairs on getting them out and what money etc..

It would not be prudent for you to service this type of loan, even if you are exempt, the base line as to requiring servicing functions and meeting demands will be as set as customary und Dodd-Frank, an individual really can't go there in view of the cost (which can be paid by the buyer, or split or by you) of a mortgage servicer, it would be nuts to attempt it.
