If you only put the one as 'responsible' for lease (ie paying rent), add a clause that the other two are tenants and responsible for adhering to the terms of the lease and no other people can live on the property.Three dogs can do a lot of damage to the yard especially if they are puppies. 

@Michael Siladi, yep it was a 1904 Copper Barons house on the water that needed 13 10 yard dumpsters to haul off everything including the poured cement bathroom floors on the second story!!!

I’ll do this comparison.By the property being “big enough” I meant that the yards are sizable all around, the house footprint could be enlarged without sacrificing much yard space.

(Mortgage $767, is in worse school/ higher crime area, is brick built in 1985, more square footage and room for upgrades like back yard fence) clearly newly renovated or2. https://www.zillow.com/homes/515-Oakmont-Dr,-Clark...except for property #2 515 Oakmont is $124,000 (Mortgage is $820, smaller square footage, developing area with less crime and better schools, built vynil in 2008)My questions are is brick built so much better than vynil that 23 years older is better or worse?

Then you get it.Your church is next to a pipe yard, a golf course, a school, a gas station, some retail stripmall location with a 'washateria' and a nail salon, and some kind warehouse or industrial property.Now there are some laws/ordnances here (as I understand it) that seem to act similar to what we might call zoning.
