KW has a lot of online training.  

The plan is to get it as a solid first asset to the LLC and use the appraised equity for either a line of credit or pull out the equity to do minor rehab to the property then use the rest to continue acquiring property.

Hi Ralph, I would look online at your county recorders website and see if you can get them online, if not, then I would go to your to their office physically and request the information.

Most of the information I found online for private money lending is related to lending the full amount for the house/renovation.

Additionally, I get real reports with full list of creditors and the payment history, which is how I evaluate the report.

Find out if the team leader provides training, or if they rely on the online courses for training.  

I suppose a lot of this will depend in part on what I'm able to find on line as far as opportunities.

Personally, I chose an online school for licensing, the School of Hard Knocks and a mentoring relationship with my principal broker/brokerage (when I have a question I ask it), and as a reward I am learning really fast.

BP also provides free online videos and educational courses for you to watch and learn from.

Most of the online classes require frequent authentication to note that you are spending the required time on the material so audiobooks may not be an option.
