My plan is to buy a home to live in for 3-12 months rent it out obtain owner occupied financing on a 2nd home live in it for 3-12 months rent it out, look for a 3rd home and do the same thing again and again.What challenges do I face obtaining a multiple owner-occupied financing in a short period of time and how I can I overcome them?

The banks are listing properties quite low and attracting multiple offers...unless the places is a real dump and no bank will loan on it.

I don’t want a roller coaster lead generation cycle.I also use a drip system and send the prospect multiple touches and if you’re farming by all means you will have to keep touching them to have the most effectiveness.By the way what does your postcard say?

Purely, due to the fact that the REO is now a liability. 90+ days plus should be a starting point.Private lenders, pre-foreclosures(use for identifying property, make reserve bid never know may get it, most auction properties go back to banks anyway) and auction liquidating brokerages(most effective when looking for multiple properties).Right now there's a huge inventory of REO's new one's hit the market everyday may be a venue worth for you to pursue
