Hello everyone,

I am slightly new here, and figured this may be a good forum to ask a question in that deals with General Real Estate Investing. I currently hold two properties in the heart of Los Angeles, (a duplex and a house averaging at 1.1M) that had become a nightmare. I have come to realize that it is hard to live next to properties you are renting out. I am currently looking to get completely out of them so I just had two questions.

Do you know of a good website to sell these on?

and

Where is a good area to currently invest in?

I hear a lot of talk and hype about Las Vegas at the moment. I am slightly younger so I do not have as much investing experience behind me. Thank you all!
