Belgium is difficult but not impossible.You just can t apply most of the techniques you learn on the web that are for US or Canada.You need to know the local laws to avoid running into issues ( I did)  understand the banks to get a mortage fit for investor (you need good credit).If you already have lots of cash you can easilly be profitable, if you try to invest with little cash to build a cash flow, it is hard.  

Maybe we need a Web MD type site for real estate contracts  :)  but U being in the medical field probably know that people can drive themselves crazy putting their symptoms into web MD..

Instagram has a lot of great content too.

So many of them are too fluffy and look good to an investor surfing the web.

Most of them have specific knowledge, sounds like you need general information and knowledge about investment options.Read this and other web sites, read books, take a class in your community college, write down a list of goals that you have, talk to people about how to achieve those goals and what are the risks and the benefits.

When I check the GSA web site it only shows about ten of them for sale.

You can't go blasting information all over the web about how you are going to make everyone a bunch of money on your investments.
