I am not sure how much the repairs would be for a 25-30K house but i can not imagine much.

As a seller, you showing me a you tube of "testimonials" to convince me this is legit...would get you laughed/kicked out of my house faster than anything I could imagine.

Honestly, I might of imagined the title...

I would imagine with a group rate it would be more affordable if you took into consideration you would not have to really spend money for food, activities...

I cant imagine for the life of me where in the entire state you would be able to buy a new construction home for that price.

We went into the attic and noticed water pouring from the Honeywell temperature control panel.  

As the affordability index climbs (tenants paying more than 30% of their income on rent) I imagine that will only lead to more turnover and evictions.I have read some of the other members posts and agree with some strategies like  a lower more  modest rent if that means a happierlonger term tenant that can pay on time. 

I can't imagine trying to make the numbers work in a hot market like Denver.

I have a property in Atlanta Georgia thats 70% complete and have a problem with kids breaking in, damaging windows, pouring paint on the floor and breaking the doors.
