Security during Rehab

I have a property in Atlanta Georgia thats 70% complete and have a problem with kids breaking in, damaging windows, pouring paint on the floor and breaking the doors. I don't have power to the property yet so i need help or suggestions on how to secure the property. I just keep getting police reports
