Read books on  it (there are a lot of free ebooks and others on Amazon - search buy and hold, being a landlord, real estate) highlight the things you don't understand and look up previous threads on BP or Google them.

Google search "Note and deed of trust <state name>".So, for California, boom.

Has anyone done business with them directly I haven't been able to find any information on them on google.

I did some Google searches found her name and phone number gave her a call with no response but left my contact info.

There's a really nice house across the street which you can see if you look at street view on google maps.On Zillow it says the property has been listed for 85 days, which seems like kind of awhile.

Google, and other posts on BP are great places for that, but if people truly have an interest in learning more about how I am successful, I always try and make time for that.
