A friend and me are planning on buying a multi unit together.

I keep talking to my friends and coworkers about investing in real estate and so many of them seem to not have any knowledge about the VA loan and what it could do for you.

Glad to find some local friendly investors🤙🏼.

I usually start with family and close friends for private money sources. 

That should be a question for your [hopefully real estate-friendly] accountant.

So region ,  time in the cycle  and desire to work in your own job.Most of my closer friends or colleagues are self employed small business owners.. 

The problem:Current tenant was a friend of the seller.

I just joined my friend in his business, pursuing our passions around investment real estate (read: I got my license and am doing this full time now!).

Can do most of the rehab myself and I am well connected in our area and have just about every trade I can think of in my network of friends.
