That issue is a function of simply being farther away from urban centers which typically have more employment opportunities than rural locations.

For e.g. if the employer makes the employee sign that the employee will work for the said employer until death, you think that is a valid agreement in 2018.Still not sure why you even want such stipulation for your tenants, but again that's besides the point.
