@Nick R. if you do add it as an option for quests make sure you add additional sign off paperwork that makes you not liable for the safety of the horses or anyone who comes in contact with the horses.The other option is to rent the barns and additional land out to local horse enthusiasts.

It's just a job where you trade time for money.There is no leverage, no equity, no tax benefits, no passivity, etc.I'd encourage you to radically pursue SAVE MODE and find ways in your current occupation to work overtime, deliver pizza on Fri/Sat nights, and cut back on eating out and entertainment.

If I had to put a cut off on a score I would say below 500, but it is really case by case.
