The research you do in your downtime may have conflicting opinions on if it qualifies or not, but I would think most everyone would agree that the work you're doing specifically for your employer does not count.

If you're wrong, you need to be prepared to get out of retirement and back to working.

Does it have to be created in specific states to remain anonymous?

Hi @Paul Pratt I ran into a similar situation previously and I don't know a specific company but you can start by researching the following.

If you can't reasonably improve the condition of the property then you simply have the wrong price.

I ask because there are approved foundations plans that call out specific requirements (like strapping) and may qualify it as a permanent home.

If you were from a specific country that is on a watch list, then expect more of the same.I invest in the USA and UK.
