Keep saving as much as you can.

You need to keep track 100% and not give the owner any grief about a PM contract in place that prohibits a different agent from selling the property while you have the PM agreement.I also want to see that you offer compensation to tenant representation in case I have tenants for your properties.

Open a bank account for your rental and keep 4-6 months of reserves - could be a HYSA. 

You should be increasing rents every year to keep up with market value. 

You'll remember it forever and hopefully you keep it for a while to enjoy the long term gains.

Go to meet-ups, keep in the forums, find a mentor, read the books, etc.Real generational wealth is built for the long-term. 

Keep going everyone, and don't stop.

This should keep you in decent areas.
